I'm Niko, a Chicago-based real estate professional and the founder of Berry Street Holdings. I started this company to give homeowners a straightforward, honest option when life circumstances make selling the smart move — whether that's an inherited property, a rental that's become more trouble than it's worth, or a house that just needs too much work to sell the traditional way.
